This is an exciting and interactive opportunity, situated in the heart of the Morton Deutsch International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution, which is poised to provide critical support to all branches of the center's infrastructure and to manage the center’s presence in the dynamic field of conflict resolution scholars and practicing professionals.

The Morton Deutsch International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution (MD-ICCCR) at Teachers College is seeking to hire a qualified candidate with high-level skills in communications, marketing and promotion, interpersonal expertise, multitasking, organization, and technical prowess for a full-time position beginning in September 2019.

This role manages the internal MD-ICCCR office administration; is the point person for center event planning; manages the external interface to the MD-ICCCR and supports various communication media; e.g., the MD-ICCCR website; social media; external publications, including scholarly and popular books; marketing/ publicity and event planning.  In addition, the role provides for opportunities to be involved in or provide support to applied research and/or "practice" projects as needed. Research is focused on the dynamics of peace, conflict, social change, and social justice.
